You’ve booked your trip to Sandals! We’ve got it all under control, but we thought you might like to know what to expect on your Sandals vacation. No matter which Sandals resort you will be visiting one thing is for sure, you will have a blast doing exactly what you want to do when you want to do it. Sandals is an all inclusive resort. As your travel advisor likely told you, there is VERY little you can pay extra for on a Sandals vacation. Kick back and relax and enjoy learning about your Sandals vacation.

So, you've booked your Sandals trip now what?​

There is absolutely nothing else you have to do, but pack. If you’d like you can do your online check or your can have your Travel Advisor do it for you.  Sandal’s online checkin  Here you will check in online which will save you time when you arrive. It will also allow you to link your airfare if you didn’t book your airfare directly through Sandals. You also have the option to add a celebration.

What do you need on your travel day?

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months BEYOND your travel date to travel to Sandals Resorts. If you are traveling Club Level or above, you will receive a passport holder and paper copy of your confirmation a few weeks before you leave. Everyone will receive a confirmation with their travel information. These are the only items you must have to travel. As far as items you will need for your resort, that is totally up to you. There are many options for dining and you can go completely casual or you can opt to dine at the formal dining locations. 

Sandal’s Dining Dress Code:

RESORT CASUAL: Shorts or jeans, t–shirts or polo shirts. Swimwear must be covered. Shirts and footwear required.

RESORT EVENING: Dress pants or jeans for men, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar). Dress shoes or sandals. No shorts, t–shirts, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, flip flops or slippers. No hats nor caps.

What do I do when I arrive at the airport?

When you arrive at the airport, go directly to the Sandals counter or lounge. The Sandals staff will take care of everything from this point forward. They may offer you a beverage while you wait to be whisk away to your resort. You’ll soon be on your way to your resort. Once you get there if your room is not ready the Sandals staff will hold on to your luggage while you begin enjoying the resort. If you want to make reservations for any restaurants stop by the desk to make reservations. This can not be done before you arrive.
